Business Process Expert SD & MM


In our centralized Business Process team in Zwolle (NL), we are searching for a new colleague that is interested to join our team and is looking for a position in an international company and who is fluent in English.

The Business Process Expert SD & MM works closely with our users and stakeholders in different countries to ensure service delivery and process optimization. You will be actively involved in change management, processes and implementations, system customization and coordination with external suppliers as well as in managed operations.

The job requires working with an extensive business community and provide solutions promptly in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will work in an international and multi-disciplinary team.


  • Support the business in process improvements, legal changes, and data analysis
  • Facilitate business and business process owners by providing in-depth process and SAP knowledge
  • System customization and/or coordination with internal and external providers
  • Support Key Users with combined process/ SAP knowledge and organize key user meetings to exchange experience and know-how and facilitates collective learning
  • Execute, schedule, and monitor functional activities. Coordinate the change management process: gather requirements, prepare design documents, align with external suppliers, coordinate testing, delivery, monitoring, follow-up, etc.
  • Prepare testing documents, standard operating procedures, business blueprints and ensures the updated content.
  • Monitor correct use of SAP and Master Data management.
  • Build relationships at all relevant levels to facilitate long term user satisfaction.
  • Limited travel within Europe and to China may be required.

  • Pro-active attitude
  • Multi-Lingual skills: English is a must
  • Proven experience with SAP in SD, MM
  • Willingness to learn PM or Workflow
  • Accurate way of working
  • Experience in working within a multi-cultural environment
